Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
 - By accessing and using the services provided by the Base Camp Coding Academy Alumni Fund (hereinafter referred to as "the Fund"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the services provided by the Fund.

 

2. Services Offered
 - The Fund provides various services including scholarship opportunities, networking events, professional development resources, and other related services. These services are subject to change or discontinuation at the discretion of the Fund without prior notice.

 

3. Eligibility
- Services are available to current students and alumni of the Base Camp Coding Academy. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep your account information updated.

 

4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to ensure the confidentiality of your account and password and to notify the Fund immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
 
5. Intellectual Property
- All content provided on the Fund's website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the Fund or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
 
6. Privacy Policy
- Your use of the services is also governed by the Fund’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
 
7. Limitation of Liability - The Fund will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
 
8. Indemnification - You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Fund and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
 
9. Modifications to Terms - The Fund reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the services following the posting of any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
 
10. Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
 
11. Dispute Resolution - Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through final and binding arbitration under the rules of arbitration of the American Arbitration Association.
 
12. Termination - The Fund may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions.
 
13. Miscellaneous - If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
 
By using the services provided by the Base Camp Coding Academy Alumni Fund, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
